Combining physiotherapy and yoga knowledge, YogawithChloe allows comprehensive postural and movement assessment and adjustment to ensure your practice is specialised and individually tailored to suit:
Your practice will progress and develop, safe in the knowledge that you’re being led by a qualified health professional - with a deep understanding of the mechanics of your body and how any injuries or health problems may impact on your practice.
Mondays 7-8pm & 8-9pm

Beginning with a dynamic warm up, followed by a series of postures/asanas (which vary week to week) and finishing with a guided relaxation, these classes will give you a workout, a stretch, but also a mental detox; allowing you chance to unwind, release stress and leave you feeling
Modifications are given at every stage, meaning classes are appropriate for all experience levels - beginners are more than welcome!

What will your yoga morning entail?
A variety of yoga classes including a breath and cleansing class, physical practice, interactive talk and a guided relaxation.
A freshly made fruit and vegetable smoothie and a light, vegetarian breakfast. But the real focus of the morning?
This morning provides an opportunity for you to spend some time completely on yourself. To feel healthy, rejuvenated, maybe even inspired.

As a physiotherapist I spend hours and hours analysing the human body. I know your anatomy inside out. This allows a thorough assessment of your posture and movement and means I can confidently and competently adjust and direct you into the very best posture you’re capable of – for every asana!
If you have an injury? As a physiotherapist I can help you rehabilitate, safely and effectively through your practice.
If you could benefit from additional physiotherapy treatments? These can of course be discussed and provided
Perhaps you are a beginner looking to explore yoga practice and principles.
Perhaps you would prefer a more specific focus on areas such as:

*Pre or Post-natal Yoga
*Relaxation and Restoration
Perhaps you are an experienced yogi looking to deepen understanding or accomplishment of certain areas of your practice.
Each session will honour traditional yogic teaching methods, however the content and pace will vary to suit your desired focus and experience level.
As a mobile instructor classes are conducted in your own home. All you need is enough space for a mat, about the size of a large towel. I will provide mats and all equipment needed for practice, unless you wish to use your own.
Got a group?
Get a more personal experience by setting up your own class with friends! My rates are hourly, so if you have the room for a few friends to join you it makes prices as reasonable as most classes in London. Yet this class will be flexible, to fit around your work and social commitments, and rather than sharing your teacher's attention between a class of twenty, my adjustments are only split a few ways. This is an excellent way to develop your practice more quickly, without breaking the bank.

Since going to Yoga with Chloe, I've felt the positive effects in all areas of my life. I had mixed feelings about yoga before attending Yoga with Chloe. I'd found classes impersonal and because I didn't have a great deal of confidence about what I thought my body could do from a flexibility standpoint, it put me off ever attending a regular class. That all changed when I started attending Yoga with Chloe last year. Chloe is a trained physio and quickly recognised that my back needed some extra attention. During each class, she makes sure everyone gets an adjustment and so for me, Chloe makes sure she helps me apply extra stretch to the less flexible side of my back, but in a very subtle way.
The class itself changes every week, which makes it a welcome challenge and everyone that attends is very friendly and open to anyone that wants to practice yoga whether you are experienced or a complete beginner
I've found Chloe's classes have completely renewed my faith in group exercise work. Having been to a variety of different classes, Chloe's stand out as being the best I've been to, Chloe's knowledge as a physio and her skills as a yoga teacher combine perfectly to give me the confidence to try things in yoga I never thought possible. I come away from class feeling so positive and with a sense of accomplishment. Chloe creates a safe and happy environment which means everyone is welcome no matter what their fitness levels.
I've been attending Chloe's classes for around 3 months and they truly are the highlight of my week. I've practiced yoga in a couple of other places and what stands out for me is the level of attention she pays to each of her students. Floating gracefully around class in between poses adjusting and encouraging. I couldn't recommended her classes more if I tried.
